Fajita Burgers

1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
2 lbs ground chicken or turkey
2 tbsp Mexican Spice Blend (see below)
3/4 cup or more of bread crumbs (depending on consistency)

Mexican Spice Blend
3 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp grown cumin
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Mix all Mexican Spice Blend ingredients together. In a large bowl combine ground meat, egg, sour cream, bread crumbs and Mexican Spice Blend. Shape into 8 burgers about 1/2" thick. Place burgers on oiled grill at medium heat. Barbeque burgers with lid closed for 6 - 8 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Garnish burgers with warm buns, topped with guacamole or slices of ripe avocado with any other desired toppings.
