Grandma’s Pie Crust

4 cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 lb (2 cups) Shortening
1 tbsp Vinegar
˝ cup Cold Water

Mix lightly, pour water on gradually. Makes two 9 inch double pies. Add filling to pie shells. Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake until crust is golden brown and flakey.
