Meatless Taco salad

Medium head of iceberg lettuce, cut or torn.
3/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
4 green onion, chopped
6 radishes, sliced thin
1 large tomatoe seeded and diced
or a package of grape tomatoes
1 cup crushed totilla chips
Dressing:
1/4 cup light salad dressing or mayo
2Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp white vinegar

Combine first 6 ingredients into a bowl.
Mix salad dressing , milk, sugar, and vinegar in a small bowl.Add to salad just before serving.Toss until well coated. Makes 12 cups.Serves 8-10.
Variation: Serve salad in atortilla bowl.
