3 or 4 handfuls of parsley leaves
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons of hot sauce
1 cup of pimiento peppers jarred or canned,drained well
2 cups mayonaise
salt and pepper to taste
Place pimiento peppers and mayonnaise in processor and add whole parsley leaves,the chopped onion,hot sauce and a few pinches of salt.Turn the processor on grind until dressing is smooth and even.
