Super Sunday Casserole

1/4 cup melted margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup shredded monzerella[ farmer cheese

5 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
green onion,green pepper,ham and bacon

Mix together
Spray a 9 by 9 pan
Pour in pan
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 20 min.

Serve with fruit,bagels,toast or english muffins.
