Piña Colada Protein Shake

170 g Ice, crushed
120 mL Coconut water
120 g Greek yogurt
1 scoop (75-100 g) Protein powder
75-100 g Pineapple chunks, frozen
14 g Honey, to taste
7 g Chia seeds
1/2 Medium banana

Weigh each ingredient on a scale as you add them to a blender or immersion blender. Blend until smooth and add to your favourite glass. Garnish with pineapple pieces and enjoy!
