Lindsay’s Stir–fry

1 cup Chicken Stock
1 tsp Ginger, ground
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 lb Chicken
1 lb Mixed Vegetables
1 clove Garlic

Mix first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside. Sauté chicken in minced garlic until cooked thoroughly. Remove from heat and set aside. Sauté mixed vegetables in cooking oil until tender. Add chicken and mixture to vegetables and stir until thickened.
