6 cups fresh or frozen sliced peeled peaches, thawed (8 to 10) medium
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place peaches in an ungreased 12 x 8" baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and mix. Combine all topping ingredients in a large bowl, mix until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until peaches are tender. Serve with ice-cream.
