Seasoned Pork Chops

1/2 cup Flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Pepper
3/4 tsp Celery salt
1 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1 tbsp Paprika
1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/8 tsp Thyme
1/8 tsp Sweet basil
1/8 tsp Oregano
2/3 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Brown sugar

Pre-heat over to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except ketchup and brown sugar together. Dredge port chops in seasoned flour mixture. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan and brown chops. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Combine 2/3 cup of ketchup with 2/3 cup of water. Add brown sugar to mix. Pour over chops. Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 30-35 minutes. Add a little water if necessary.
